I want to focus on being Healthy :) I want more fresh fruits and vegetables, I want to complain and worry less, I want to stop worrying, finally, about what other people think, I want more crocheting, learning how to cook and make use of that guitar. I want less driving (Carol you better get your license this year!!) I want to make realistic and attainable goals. I want to share my feelings with others instead of holding things in. Most of all spending time with family and friends. |

Dinner- I made homemade ravioli with spinach and fat-free cream cheese inside them served with dark leafy green lettuce.

I get to tutor kids with my fancy math skills. If you ask me, kids can be a handful. On top of that I have school and family priorities. Now I have to find time to schedule in workouts. It’s kind of hard to transition from working out everyday last quarter until now when I barely have time at all. But i’m doing the best I can. My sister and I are going on a trail today near my school. This should be fun! lots of hills to overcome. Reminder to self: I need to post more things about what I eat and how much I workout.
Brunch- For breakfast/lunch I had a glass of orange and carrot juice that I juiced on Tuesday. I made brunch for my sister and I. Yes, another salad wrap they are addicting, but this time I added my home-made baked turkey and zucchini balls, tomatoes and slices of lemon.
I ate what my sister made me minus the orange and carrot juice.

I’ve been following along with eating well enough and exercising when I want to, but it is not getting me to where I want to be. My plan of action is to count my calories using myfitnesspal.com and plan a training log. I want to use this blog to track my progress through photos, my daily food and workout and my thoughts on this healthy lifestyle change. Now breakfast and Beast mode in the gym!
